Consultation and Training Services

All consultation services are directly provided by David Spindel, M.S., C.P.F.T.. Programs are developed based on an analysis of a fitness, goal, and resource assessment form, that will be provided to the client upon ordering the service. Each client will be provided with a personalized set of written goal-specific instuctions. In addition, all consultations include follow-up correspondence for the purpose of fine tuning, and responding to client questions about, the program.
